With TeleWave
and VoiceWave it is now possible to use a standard
touch-tone phone from anywhere in the world to record your
dictation and have it immediately assigned to your transcriber.
How does it work? TeleWave
automatically transfers your dictation file to an Internet
FTP-site.Then, a transcriber with VoiceWave
can download the dictation from the Internet and transcribe it.
Imagine, you could give a dictation at your favorite golf course
in Florida and within seconds it will be transferred to your
transcriber in New York!
Of course, TeleWave also supports local area networks such as Novell and Windows NT and 2000 Server. The dictation will be copied to the transcribers in-basket on your local file server.
